The Town of Eagle's newest community is Eagle Ranch. It is being developed as a "small Western community", the type you expect to see in a Norman Rockwell portrait. Its popularity is due to several key elements. In addition to the homes, there is a golf course, school, park, and commercial area. This is the kind of area where you can be part of a more close-nit neighborhood where you can easily chat to your neighbors from your porch.
