Homestead is a wonderful community that has become very popular with locals. The neighborhood is "above" Edwards, located south of Highway 6, with the ski slopes of Arrowhead and Beaver Creek only a few minutes away. There are several properties that make great second homes and investments here as well. Homestead is divided into three distinct areas, each with different types of properties.
