In the winter, you will love that you can walk to the Westin Gondola which will whisk you up towards Beaver Creek Mountain. Or if you feel like skiing the bowls of Vail, simply walk one block to the Vail ski shuttle. When you come home from a long day of skiing, you can soak in one of the hot tubs located right out the master bedroom door. For those more adventurous, you can swim in the beautiful year round heated pool, hot tub and pool house with sauna.
Activities abound in the Avon area. Winter offers Village-to-Village skiing and boarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice skating, and charming on-mountain dining accessed only by sleigh ride.
During the summer months, music fills the air, the wildflowers blanket the mountain slopes and the Village transforms into a playground for biking, hiking, fly-fishing, hot air ballooning, rafting, and golfing on one of many championship golf courses. There are an abundance of children's activities and a weekly rodeo, fun for the whole family.
