The master bedroom features its own balcony with river views, a KING bed, a large flat screen TV, and a private master bath with two sink areas. The guest bedroom has a FULL bed and a BUNK bed with a bathroom next door. Both bathrooms feature heated tile floors adding to the undeniable comfort of this fantastic condo. You also have a washer and dryer for you convenience.
Pamper yourself with the sound of rushing water as you settle down in the warmth of the complexes remodeled hot tub by the river. Or if you prefer you can take a stroll down the banks of the river along a beautiful pathway. You may even want to go fishing right out your back door on the gold medal waters of the Eagle River.
There is underground parking available for guests and the bus stop is right outside for effortless access to all the area has to offer. Vail is only a 10 minute drive or a bus ride away! There is also a convenient store right across the street, WalMart is nearby, as well as City Market. Multiple sporting good stores, gourmet and family-friendly restaurants, and the Avon Recreation Center are all within reach, you'll love it!
